Terry Hughes worked as my Realtor in 2010. I was referred to Terry Hughes by my co-worker.
When I decided to sell (short sale) my house, I called Terry Hughes. I did not have any idea how difficult the whole process would be; however, from the very beginning Terry was very honest with me. He expressed to me that it was not going to be an easy process. It took almost 9 months to sell my house because I had a 1st and 2nd mortgage. As the days and months passed, I had the opportunity to observe Terry’s knowledge, commitment, ability and determination to get things done. During a very stressful time for me, Terry Hughes’ ability to negotiate with my lenders and carry out his responsibilities as my agent to complete the short sale is appreciated.
Terry Hughes did his best to make the transaction proceed as quickly as possible. In the end I was freed of my debt related to the 1st mortgage and Terry was able to get the 2nd to release a deficiency judgement of close to $100,000.....I no longer owe money to either lien holder. Yes, I'm free of this burden!
